Smart African Village Development Consortium SADO, is a think tanker and a platform of like-minded individuals, Organizations, Agencies and Institutions stimulating Community, Government and Partner Action for Better Health, Food and Income Security, Climate change and Improved Livelihood using Smart Based Interventions and Approaches to transform communities from poverty and support Government to achieve National Agenda 2040, Africa Agenda 2063 and Sustainable Development Goals.

SADO is a Think Tanker that brings together like minded individuals, Experts and Professional bodies, Community based organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, Development Partners and Other Agencies to foster Development in Uganda.

Registered as Non-Governmental Organization in March 2021 and incorporated with Uganda Registration Service Bureau Kampala , SADO unifies prominent and Reputable Development Organization, Government Agencies and Universities fostering social economic transformation and mindset change for sustainable Development through working directly with line ministries as we manage resources and processes for deffective management and implementation.
