Kamuli District Council has approved a resolution allowing the Smart African Village Development Consortium (SADO) to Construct a modern Diagnostic and Imaging Centre of Excellence at Kamuli Genera Hospital, This resolution came to pass during the District Entry Meeting 2026, At the Kamuli District Headquarters in Kamuli.

The Ministry of Health, in partnership with Smart African Village Development Consortium (SADO), has unveiled a major Imaging, Diagnostic & NCD project to be implemented in Busoga. This was officially launched by Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga
. This initiative will bring quality, affordable diagnostic services to 5 hospitals & 76 health centres, transforming case identification & management.

SADO informs all applicants who applied for project jobs advertised on March 5, 2025 that they shall be notified if shortlisted.
NOTE: Only those shortlisted applicants shall be contacted.
Interviews shall be conducted between May 25, 2025 to June 2, 2025 from 9AM – 5PM at Century Hotel Kamuli, Kamuli Municipality.
Shortlisted Applicants are advised to carry original credentials for verification.
SADO informs all its partners/contractors for the supply of medical equipment, sundries, and the construction of diagnostic centers in the Busoga Sub-region that a new schedule will be issued on Monday at 10 pm following delays in finance disbursement processes.
SADO informs all interested applicants and bidders of the consultancy for construction supervision services of five (5) diagnostic centers in the Busoga sub-region and the consultancy in designing and installing an integrated financial management system that was advertised on March 5, 2025, and closing on March 15, 2025, has been extended to five (5) working days, closing on March 20, 2025, at 5:00PM.
